My name is Marcus Lagneholt was born in 1994. I live in Östansjö in Sweden and train for the Järnvägens Archery Association.
My main interest is archery. Some of my goals when I started with archey 2005 was
join the Svealand Team, take individual Swedish Championship and join the Swedish Junior Team.
Svealand Team is one of three elite effort groups set up by the Swedish Archery Federation
with the mission to train promising young people who are in Sweden Top with elite ambitions. 2007 i becom a member of the Svealands Team
I train archery 4 times a week and Phys train at least 4 times a week.
It is about 1500st arrows / month, each arrow I shoot with my bow is about 37 pound
So it will be about 555000 pounds / week ..
Archery in Sweden is a small sport with limited resources available, a large part of the cost of camps and
team assignments with their own resources, therefore, it is unfortunately not everyone can afford to stand if it is set aside for national team duties.
Season in 2008 gave all training delivery, took individual Swedish Championship medals in all disciplines within Archery and took a Swedish record. And in 2008 I competed most competitions of all Archers in Sweden.
Therefore, I write this as a first attempt to present me and my interest in archery.

Swedish Archery Association's development group. The goal of this effort is
to qualify for the Olympic 2012, 2016 or 2020
